SOUTHERN SHADES is a West Australian owned and family operated company. Originally a provider of quality internal and external window treatments and awnings, we now also have a shade sail division. Since 1997 we have been specializing in the design, fabrication and construction of shade sails and span shade structures throughout metropolitan and country areas of Western Australia. We are also the sole provider of shade sail maintenance to all public schools in the Perth metropolitan area under the Department of Housing and Works. During that time we have developed a reputation for reliability, service and cost efficiency.

All design and works are engineered to the highest level and comply with relevant council, government and Australian standards.

The company holds all relevant Public Liability, Product Liability and Workers Compensation Insurances and all our staff have current state and national Police Clearances.

We are proud of the standard of our workmanship, and guarantee the very best of service including an on-going maintenance program. The planning, design, fabrication and installation of all shade sails, large or small, are directly controlled by our team of professionals.
